Things I've learned....

...this week.
1-If you throw a right hand cross, keep your left hand up or you will end up on the mat looking blearily at the ceiling.
2-No matter how tough your opponent thinks he is, if you kick him in the back of the knee he will go down!
3- If you creep up on a sleeping cat with a inflated brown paper bag and scream BOW!! while simultainously exploding the bag, you can get your own back for any numbers of things.
4-I don't like the smell of Opium.
5-It will always rain when you wear new suede shoes.
Have a good weekend fellow bloggers! Kissy Kissy.

Okay, I found a TON of McVitie's product in my local specialty store, but NO FUCKING JAFFA CAKES. I did find some Bahlsen Messino thingies, in orange, thought I'd try them, ask if they're close to the wonder that is Jaffa.

Verdict: Meh.

LSD smells like cardboard.
Look here BostonGirlie, they are not Jaffa cakes! Jaffa Cakes are yummy. I don't know what the hell you're eating, but they sound yucky. Now, do you need stuff sent to you or not?
Ps- Not sure how to go about this, as I am sure discretion is paramount. Perhaps through Twenty? Do you have a p.o. box?
Wow, sho knew 4 beers could skew one's vision so much?

Don't you worry FMC - I will find some real Jaffa Cakes. If anything, the real thing will be so divine in comparison to these poxy things. I suspect I'll find them. I have a few Brit pals in the area, they'll know where to look.

On a happy note, I DID get a Mars bar...haven't had one of those in years. Spectacular.

Me learned two things recently....

1) Me love this blog!

2) Where to get Jaffa Cakes!

Andraste, if you keen to do legwork feel free to keep looking round Boston, but with me living next to info highway me looked round me neighborhood and found that there am company in Billerica MA called "British Delights" that specialize on bringing treats and things from across pond to the US. They have website and whole page just for Jaffa Cakes. Me am excited cause me have also always wanted to try Twiglets! FMC, am there anything else you can recommend to us ignorant yanks?

Apparently the difference between a cake and a biscuit is that buiscuits are hard to begin with and go soft as they get stale, and cakes do it the other way round.

However, I've never had leftover Jaffa Cakes, so I still couldn't tell you either way

FMC, with regard to number one: I don't think you've quite grasped the spirit of ballet.

Fatmammycat, if i'm reading that page correctly, they can get 12 packs for $3. that can't be right.
We pat the equivilent of 1 euro a pack. just under a dollar US. It could be $3 for a 12 pk, which is a bit steep. Last time i was in NY i bought $55 worth of various Hershey bars to bring home.

And $120 in underpants!
you get them in a shop called "Todays Man" on 5th Avenue. $30 for a 3 pack. My favourites, they dont give you a wedgie as you walk about, only these have that ability.

Hershey bars? They taste like vomit. Sorry, but they do. Reese's Pieces are excellent, though; I got through a kilo a day when I was in NYC 11 years ago.

Make sure you only use clean balls for playing on indoor simulator.
These originally were quartz crystals from the River Rhine in
a region noted for gem-cutting, particularly the town of Idar-Oberstein.

Apply 2 to 3 inches of mulch over the plants root system once all foliage is
removed and discarded. Cypress mulch has organic compounds that are allelopathic.
Mulch also keeps soil from being depleted of vital nutrients, so gardeners do not have to rotate planting locations from year to
year.

There are a few types, mainly fine, regular, or rough. Apparently, it actually lifts up build up from the root and therefore stimulates hair growth.
Sometimes, this process starts from the temples and goes back,
and sometimes it begins from the top of the head. 1
