Why do fucking people have children if they're going to treat them this way. What sort of mother stands by as a boyfriend beats her child. If any man laid a hand on any child of mine I'd kill him. What the hell is wrong with these people?

ReplyDeleteSome friends of mine had their second child a couple of years ago. They are all round nice people but the male half of the partnership is notoriously tight-fisted. Their baby was very cranky for the first couple of months until somebody suggested that it could have been the forumla they were using. Naturally, willing to try anything, his doting mother tried SMA - with great success.
About a week later - she caught the baby's father using the old "bad" formula to make the bottles because he didn't want to waste the money they had already spent on the tin.
I don't have any children of my own and if I do, I suspect I would not make the shortlist for world's greatest father but fuck me - if i had a whole shed of the first forumula stockpiled because they were selling it for a cent per tin, I'd still fuck it out.
I told her that if he didn't want to waste they money they had spent on it she should start putting it in his tea.
I just do not understand it. It absolutely sickens me, it really does. These 'people' actually make me feel kind of shaky. I don't understand how it is even possible to be so vicious and cold hearted, I mea to beat a child to death like that, it's inconceivable.

How any mother can stand by as her partner lays a single hand on her own child is so far removed from my understanding of what being a mother is, well it makes me feel really distressed.
These fuckers deserve everything the law can throw at them, and if Karma really exists, they will suffer somewhere, sometime and for a long time.
I'm not angry with you, dear FMC, I'm angry at the parents of that poor little girl. I have four little ones of my own and while they can drive me nuts at times, I can't fathom how anyone can abuse an innocent toddler.

Before having my kids, I worked at a fertility clinic trying to help people who were desperate to have a child of their own. Reading about people such as these with no respect for human life is infuriating. I hope they are prosecuted to the full extent of the law and then some.
