Beer.

I like beer. But I particularly like ale. And London Pride is a velly nice ale indeed. It is a rich red in colour, foamy at first but then settles down into a sharp delicious woodsy fruity scrummy ale-y beer. You can buy it in Tesco and O'Briens offy. It ain't cheap, about 2.80 a bottle, but then it's not the sort of drink you'd have all night. In fact I think it is an ideal drink for a football match. I think two bottles of it is more than enough, one for each half. It's a beer to sip and enjoy.
If you want to try something different over the weekend you might do worse than giving it a whirl.

That is an idea I can live with although I may have to have more than one each half.

A football match eh?
Any in particular in mind?
After Scotland's remarkable victory in Paris, city of light and high ceilings, the ghastly ENGLISH football commentators on the BBC said, "of course Henry wasn't playing which helped the Scots no end."
I mean what, for the love of Christ do we have to do?

I like an aley beer too. Perhaps we should meet, get drunk, spend the rest of our lives together.

Sit in on a friday? Are you mad?! Is not Friday the key to the weekend? Don't you want to turn that key and then get thee to a pub? Eva, don't thirst for too long, it's after 3 on a Friday, the beer hour cometh!
I don't know what iswrong with folk these days.
Docky, I can't believe they said that, no wait BBC, I can. At least it wasn't old Hairy Hands Dicky Keys, somehow he would have said, 'Henry wasn't playing and I love Chelsea, nah, nah ni nah nah!'
Mac, are you going to watch the all Ireland? It will be in a bar, right? RIGHT?

Have never tried London Pride, but I have a huge soft spot for Cooper's. The green label one is great, the red one can blow your head off a bit.

Hah! That's cider, the paramour is velly fond of that Sinéad, so he is. I plan to try out a new beer every week for the foreseeable future. It seems to be a good idea and I don't have those all that often.

Oh God, it's definitely ale m'dear. I haven't touched cider since drinking flagons in fields in my teens. I can't touch it now as cider is clearly Satan's kidney-infected wee.

Definitely recommend Cooper's if you're a beer testing spree.

Sorry Dahling, I'm mixing it up it with some fancy dan cider the paramour drinks that also begins with C, forgive me it's friday and my brain is mush.
So hummmm, Coopers eh? I might give that a bit of a bash later. Perhaps during the Gill Grissom pause I"m all for the Ale-y grog.
I agree with you on the cider, vile gack altogether.
