How Many Eggs is too Many eggs?

I've just had button mushrooms and a three egg/one yoke omelette. Side by side of course, not mixed. Etheline informs me that I eat too many eggs, ( roughly about 12 a week, but usually sans yoke) but I think that's hooey. Yesterday I had 30 grammes of porridge and skimmed milk ( yes, I weigh it, I am that sad), so it's not like I eat them every day.
Really, food should not be a complicated business.
But how many eggs is too many eggs and is that annoying harpy correct?

Grocery hike.

I've a question. Has anyone else noticed a distinct jump in their grocery bill of late? I"m talking at least a 20% jump up on the weekly shopping bill? I don't think I've been buying anything out of the ordinary, and yet there is a significant increase. Anyone else feeling that pinch?

Weekend!

It's here at last, yah! Okay, finally finished work, there is bar-b-cue smoke drifting past the window, cats look befuddled, folk are coming, the weather is awesome, nary a cloud in the sky. We have lamb skewers, beef and green pepper skewers, ribs, honey glazed and others, burgers, hot dogs, and really a rather disgustingly large amount of beer. The paramour is singing and saying stuff like, 'I'm always covered in soot'and 'flames are normal! Don't worry!'
Weeeeeeeeee. Off work until Tuesday, God bless you Bank holiday weekend.
