That picture looks good.

Surely you should have a few BEFORE the gym then when it comes to the self defence bit you could headbutt your sparring partner, shout "you want some?" at the trainer and finish up crying in the ladies. That's a normal Friday round our way.

HI Sexy, well done on your blog. When I actually bring the camera to the shop and get the pictures developed-yes I am that lazy- I will post them.
Ack, I don't know, brawling, crying in the loo, it's is all so Saturday night in Arklow, except with sailers. Or was that a sailer suit...who can remember?

Jesus, I am not in Arklow. I have been in Arklow, and that was enough for me. It was like a David Lynch movie, only with more weirdos.
