Running, sex and food...eeeee!
I have just come back from running Bushy park, I am disgustingly sweaty, out of breath, I have a stitch, I think I'm going to vomit, my ears are ringing, I got chased by a Jack Russsell called Walter, there are loads of trees down from the near hurricane we had the other day and my shins ache.
I've never felt happier.
Now I"m about to run off and have a shower, wake the paramour, tickle his fancy, have a coffee and head to Wicklow for lunch with a dear friend. If I can add shoe shopping somewhere into the mix I might just start floating on air.

Ladies I have the sleep patterns of a boxer pup since I came off the sleeping tablets. Not velly gud, but not so bad either. I get much more stuff done.

Lost touch with computers for a while...did I ask you about places to stay in Dublin. I'm looking for middle priced inn type places or small hotels. Nice area, walking to pubs, shops, things to see, etc.
Any info on the Sligo/Mayo/Galway area? I'll check back into your blog within a day or two. Thanks again, kcat
Nvan, I posted you a link back in the comments section of 'Kids in the Paper' post. It is supposed to be a very good and reasonable hotel.
Sam, It's not that bad now that it has been stripped back to the walls and floors.
Still disgusting, there is no kitchen to speak of and the two bathrooms are...did I already say disgusting, what's a word that is disgusting's much older brother? But anyhoo, some of the rooms only has one electrical socket and all of the wiring is shot, the floor boards under the back reception are rotting and so are the ones in the box room upstairs. The roof at the back is leaking and there are no radiators at all. All the walls need to be stripped and re-plastered and the windows are rotting.
But other than that it's coming along nicely.
